Special Event Permit Process
If any of the following conditions are met, a Special Events Permit must be submitted to the City of Roundup.
A special event permit will be required if you meet the above conditions.Please review the policy before filling out the application.
A designated area permit will be required only when alcohol is being served.
We are building a permanent stage in Roundup City Park and we need your help. No City funds will be used, and therefore, with your help, we can get this done. Our area is very blessed with an arts and entertainment community, and this venue will be a perfect place for music, theater, school functions, and various social gatherings.
Once built, it will be City owned and maintained. With the blessings of the City of Roundup, and through The Musselshell Valley Community Foundation, the Community Stage Committee needs your help. The bricks will be permanently layed in front of the concrete slab in front of the stage. What a great way to leave a lasting legacy, to honor a loved one, and to be a part of an exciting venture.
