YOUR UTILITY BILL PAY OPTIONS You will receive a City of Roundup utility bill each month. Payments are due on the 10th of every month. Several options are available to make your monthly payment: Pay By Mail: Mail a check or money order payable to the City of Roundup. Include the stub with your payment and write your account number on your check. If you are making payments on more than one account, please indicate the amount you wish to be credited to each account so that payments are posted correctly. Mail to PO Box 660, Roundup, MT 59072. Pay On-Line: Through this secure site (Paygov.us) located on the City of Roundup website using your Credit/Debit card. You will need your Utility account number, service address, mailing address (if different than service address), and phone number. Pay By Phone: Call the City of Roundup (406) 323-2804, using your Credit/Debit card. Pay in Person or use Drop Box: City Office................... 34 3rd Ave. West Drop your payment in our 24-hour depository located on the side of front door at the City Office. Drop Box will be collected daily at 8:00am and 1:00pm to get posted the same day. After 1:00pm all payments will be posted to Utility account the following business day. Auto Pay Service You'll Have More Time to Play with Auto-Pay! The City of Roundup is offering a time saving service to our customers called Auto-Pay. You can now pay your water utility bill through automatic withdrawal from your bank checking or savings account. There is no charge for this convenient service. Plus, you avoid having to write a check each month and you save money on postage. Easy Sign up: Sign up for Auto-Pay by simply completing an authorization form and sending it along with a voided check or savings deposit slip showing your bank account number. All payments must be received in our office before or on the due date to avoid penalty fee and/or disruption of service. Customers using their personal bank’s pay service should verify the process of how and when the payments are remitted.
